• Corporate invoicing (for approved partners)

Delayed payments may lead to cancellation or repricing.

• We are not liable for visa rejections or delays.
• Guests must ensure passport validity and documentation accuracy.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be offered as an add-on. We are not liable for losses arising from uninsured travel.

Travelzl acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs).

We are not liable for:

• Supplier delays or failures
• Flight cancellations or changes
• Natural disasters or force majeure events
• Government restrictions or travel bans

However, we will provide reasonable support to assist travelers during disruptions.

We shall not be held responsible for events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural calamities
• Pandemics
• Political unrest
• Airline shutdowns
• Government regulations

No compensation shall be payable in such cases, though we will attempt alternate solutions where possible.

For MICE and corporate travel:

• Special contracts may apply
• Attrition clauses may be applicable
• Payment milestones will be defined in agreements

Signed proposals/contracts override general terms.

All website content including logos, designs, itineraries, and branding are the intellectual property of Travelzl India Private Limited and may not be reused without permission.
